The US Navy Method
This calculation is based on the Hodgdon-Beckett formula used by the US Navy. It estimates body density using circumferences of the neck, abdomen, and hips (for women), combined with height.

Measurement Tips
Neck: Measure below the larynx (Adam's apple).
Waist: Measure at the navel (men) or the narrowest point (women).
Hips: Measure at the widest point of the buttocks.
